As the family puts everything back to rights again, they realise that they haven’t seen Clementine for a while. Where has she gone? When they find her they all decide that the best possible way to end the day is to do what Clementine wanted all along – to head outside for a walk.
With appealing illustrations and wonderful rhyming text, Clementine’s Walk will certainly strike a chord with anyone who has an energetic family pet who likes nothing better than to get out into the fresh air and sunshine for a walk. The illustrations really convey Clementine’s energy as she bumbles through puzzles and knitting and painting trying to find someone who will take her for a walk.
The text is perfect for reading aloud with a wonderful rhythm that matches the energy and feel of the illustrations.
A delightful picture that will no doubt appeal particularly to those children who have their very own energetic ‘Clementine’.
